Our New Patient Comprehensive Exam is a thorough appointment where we get to know you, listen to your needs, and you also get to meet and learn about us. We'll provide a relaxed, highly personable and comfortable setting, and take the time to provide the care you deserve.
Upon arriving at our clinic you'll be greeted by our warm and welcoming staff. Feel free to get comfortable with a coffee or tea, fruit and a magazine before being taken on a tour of our clinic.
The Administrative Staff will then discuss your personal details with you, review your forms, and can discuss your dental insurance plan with you. They will take the time to answer any questions you may have about your coverage, and yes, we can certainly bill directly to your insurance company!
When Dr. Verma or Dr. Kulshrestha or Dr. Shawn meet with you, they will listen to your concerns and needs, and learn about your oral and general health. They will ease any anxieties you may have about visiting the dentist and ensure you feel comfortable. There will also be ample time to answer any questions you may have.

Following this assessment, Dr. Verma or Dr. Kulshrestha or Dr. Naylor will discuss your treatment options with you, and together you will explore any decisions you may need to make. More opportunity will be provided for you to ask questions, and for the dentist to listen to your concerns.
You will be further educated on the state of your mouth and dental health so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed with your dental care. When you're done your appointment, you'll be provided with an informational package about the clinic, items of interest that were discussed, and educational resources to review at home.
